A solid blend of new and classic exercises all with an unusually “choreographed” feel. The program's fluidity will build body awareness while adding a graceful sense of style.
You'll begin with a unique scarf routine. Seated on a chair, you'll wave the scarf and your body in gentle twists and “figure-eights” designed to lengthen and stretch your abdominals. That's followed by more traditional floorwork — a flowing series of hip lifts, rollovers and crunch variations (some also using the scarf). The ending segment features spine-stretching exercises performed with your stomach on a chair.
